Samuel I. White, P.C.’s bankruptcy practice extends to all aspects of creditor and investor representation.
We provide experienced counsel to creditors whose borrowers have filed for bankruptcy protection. Our services include protecting creditors’ interests in residential and commercial real estate and vehicles by:
